Return Policy

At Premier Metal Structures, our buildings are custom-made according to each customer’s specifications. Because every building is specially ordered and built to the customer’s requirements, we do not accept returns.

3-Day Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their order and receive a refund of their deposit within 3 days of signing the purchase agreement. After the 3-day period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Once an order has been placed, production and scheduling may begin based on the customer’s selected specifications. For this reason, cancellations after the 3-day period are generally not eligible for a refund.

No Returns on Custom Buildings

All steel buildings are custom-made. Therefore, no returns are accepted once the order has been placed. We encourage customers to carefully review their building size, design, colors, options, pricing, property requirements, permits, and local building codes before placing an order.

Installed Buildings

Installed buildings are special-order products and cannot be returned after the order has been placed. Installed units are typically delivered and installed within an average of 3–8 weeks. This timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery or installation date.

Delivery and installation times may vary depending on weather, transportation, installer availability, scheduling, inventory, permitting, site conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery & Installation Issues

If there is an issue with the delivery or installation of your building, our customer service team will work with you and the appropriate installation or manufacturing team to help resolve the issue.

Premier Metal Structures will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delivery and installation concerns. However, delivery and installation may be performed by independent manufacturers, installers, or service providers, and their schedules and responsibilities may vary.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming applicable:

• Building codes
• Zoning requirements
• Permits
• HOA requirements
• Property restrictions
• Site preparation requirements
• Access requirements

We strongly recommend researching these requirements before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests made within the first 3 days may qualify for a refund of the deposit. After 3 days, deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations are subject to the terms of the purchase agreement. Any exception must be approved by Premier Metal Structures.

By placing an order with Premier Metal Structures, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return Policy and understands that custom-made buildings are not eligible for return.
